Attention New Graduate Nurses! We are now hiring for our January/February/March 2021 StaRN graduate nurse training cohorts. 

 

Since 1984, our mission has been to provide the citizens of southern Jackson County and northern Cass counties access to important health resources. To meet the growing medical needs of our community, we underwent a $39.2 Million Dollar renovation. Today, we offer a full range of inpatient and outpatient services, Supported by our excellent staff, advanced technology, and deep relationships within our community. Belton Regional Medical Center is a 70+ bed facility with over 300 staff members and over 260 physicians. 

 

Jump Start Your Nursing Career at HCA by considering our Specialty Training Apprenticeship for Registered Nurses (StaRN).  This New Graduate Nurse Program is designed to prepare you to succeed in a hospital environment.  The StaRN Program is a facility sponsored, HCA led specialty training initiative designed to provide intense post graduate training to a new graduate nurse. The program is comprised of a combination of didactic training, high definition simulation and clinical preceptorship at the sponsoring facility. As a new RN in our StaRN Program, you will receive the education and support necessary to develop the judgment, skill and knowledge you’ll need to become the highest caliber nurse.

Qualifications

Position Requirements (Minimum qualifications for the position to start) 

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing

State specific RN License or have an ATT letter to sit for licensure exam or state-approved temporary license prior to the cohort start date of January, February and March 2021.
